Lets Automate Your Biz specialises in workflow automation with AI-optimisation and bespoke software development. Our platform provides users with innovative tools and solutions to enhance their workflows and optimise their business processes. We reserve the right to update/modify tools and systems to stay at the forefront of innovation or discontinue any aspect of the service should without notice e.g. in the instance where a third party integration discountines its services.
2. User Obligations
When using our platform, you must abide by the following rules and guidelines:
– You must not engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
– You must not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
– You must not interfere with the proper functioning of our platform.
– You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our platform or its systems.
– You must not engage in any activity that may disrupt or impair the experience of other users.
– You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
– You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The content and intellectual property available on our platform(s) are owned by Lets Automate Your Biz. You may not use, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of our content without our prior written consent. By using our platform, you agree to grant Lets Automate Your Biz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any user-generated content you submit through our platform. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
4. Liability and Indemnification
Lets Automate Your Biz shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our platform. By using our platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Lets Automate Your Biz harmless from any claims, demands, or damages, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our platform or your violation of this Policy. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the last six months.
5. Privacy Practices
Our platform’s privacy practices are outlined in our separate Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please carefully review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy or your use of our platform shall be resolved through arbitration in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). The decision of the arbitrators shall be final and binding. Fees associated with arbitration will be shared equally by both parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrators.
7. Changes to the Policy
Lets Automate Your Biz reserves the right to update or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes via email or platform notifications. By continuing to use our platform after any changes to this Policy, you agree to be bound by the updated or revised terms.
8. Termination
Lets Automate Your Biz may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to our platform if you violate any provision of this Policy or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Lets Automate Your Biz. In case of termination, you will no longer have access to your account and any associated data.
9. No Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our software development services, Lets Automate Your Biz does not offer refunds. All sales are final once work has commenced. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review and approve project specifications and milestones.
10. Fees and Payment Terms
Services provided by Lets Automate Your Biz involve an initial build cost followed by a monthly retainer. The monthly retainer covers upkeep of the software, access to a 1-to-1 support channel, and a monthly meeting to discuss optimisations. The exact fees and payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement specific to each project. All fees are due in accordance with the payment terms stated in the project agreement. If a monthly payment is unpaid for 14 days, Lets Automate Your Biz reserves the right to pause access to the system until the outstanding payment is made.
11. Cancellation Policy
Clients reserve the right to cancel their service at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@letsautomateyourbiz.com. Upon cancellation, clients will be obligated to pay for any services rendered up to the point of cancellation, as outlined in the project agreement.
12. Use of Third-Party Software
In providing our services, Lets Automate Your Biz may suggest utilising various third-party software and applications. If you choose to use these solutions you will be responsible for creating an account and paying for usage. You also acknowledge and agree to comply with the third-party terms and conditions and privacy policies of any such third-party software or applications that are used in conjunction with our services. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these third-party terms and ensure your compliance with them when you make an account e.g. Zapier / Make. Lets Automate Your Biz is not responsible for any breach of these third-party terms or non-payment by you rendering our software solutions ineffective, and such a breach may also constitute a violation of this Policy.
13. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance
If you are operating within the UK or the European Union, or if you handle personal data of EU residents, you are required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our platform and any associated data processing activities adhere to the GDPR requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining necessary consents, ensuring data subject rights, and maintaining appropriate data security measures. Non-compliance with GDPR can result in significant penalties, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lets Automate Your Biz from any claims, damages, fines, or legal actions resulting from your non-compliance with GDPR.
14. Force Majeure
Lets Automate Your Biz shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riot, terrorism, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.
15. Serverability
If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of this Policy will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
This Policy, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Lets Automate Your Biz, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lets Automate Your Biz regarding your use of our platform. Any prior agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof are superseded.
